Deion Swanson is the Owner, and Executive Paralegal Director for Arizona Family Solutions LLc. She has extensive knowledges and work experience. he specializes in Legal Government Social Services compliances and regulations and Quality Care Management. as well as Advocacy of all Kinds. She has personal experiences interacting, working, and serving individuals with various types of disabilities. He worked at QCN, Quality Care Network as a subcontracted Behavior Consultant for three year. working with minors that were in DCS and DDD custody. while also living at home with there family while experiencing behavior challenges. She worked with children six years to 18 years of age. helping them develop social, development problem solving, employment, and other skill sets necessary to become successful adults. She also worked as a Direct Support Professional at the Boy’s and Girls Club in the town of Guadalupe AZ. She had the honor to work at DDD, Division of Developmental Disabilities, as an Office Assistant. Deion was able to meet and learn from so many great people with the State of Arizona. Deion is passionate about serving and assisting people with disabilities and there Families. as she feels it is his calling. He wants to see individuals be the best they can be, be who they are, as well as meet there goals while functioning at there Best in society and reach their full potential. Deion feels that when dealing with individuals with Disabilities and at risk individuals you need to have Integrity and passion. She believes her agency can make a difference one day at a time. Deion has 1 bio daughter and 2 Goddaughters who he loves dearly. and had a dog, named Peppa, a miniature poodle mix, who he adored. In her spare time he enjoys music, doing Research she loves to learn and most of all spending time with her family.
