Through the Arizona Corporations commission to help and assist individuals with disabilities and their families We assist in one of the 3 service areas. 1. Department of economic security Division of Developmental Disabilities 2. Social Security Administration 3. DDD qualified Vendors our agency also works very closely alongside DDD Custimer Service Center and the Arizona Center for Disability Law along with adult protective services we here at Arizona Family Solutions want to make sure that all people with a disability have equal and fair rights to services that they are entitled too and have access to services regarding division of developmental disabilities and social security administration etc. We offer Advocacy Research and Investigative representation this service is for families and clients that need assistance with navigating the DES division of developmental disability system because they are being denied for services or have had difficulty getting the services and supports they need from the division or State/nonprofit Agency this service would also be for a person with a disability that is getting treated unfairly and that is having any type of wrongful doing done to them that violates their rights under the American disability act

This helps families and clients be able to understand the process of Department of economic security division of developmental disabilities as well as social security administration the DDD intake and eligibility unit information on power of attorney for a disabled child or adult resources on the Arizona DDD adult and children in foster care system as well as Arizona early intervention program We also refer The community to DDD agencies as well Adult and Children Developmental Homes Group Home Employment Day treatment activity and training programs as well as community and in-home therapies and HCBS Home and Community Based Services that are contracted with the state of Arizona DDD
